At KitZenShop, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

✅ Eligibility Conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns are free of charge: KitZenShop will provide you with a prepaid return label, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees.

Some items (customized or heavily used products) may not be eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at KitZenShop@gmail.com. We will cover 100% of the costs and offer either an exchange or a full refund.
